The Questions We Wish You Would Ask

When it comes to planning a wedding, there are so many things to consider. Things like the ceremony venue, the reception venue, the food being served, who to ask as your attendants in your wedding party, how many people to invite, what style of wedding you want, etc., etc., etc. So many ideas pop into your mind at the same time, and it often feels overwhelming, stressful, and easier to just not think about it. But just hold on – we are HERE FOR YOU! As wedding planners, we want to make your wedding journey one as graceful and easy as relaxing on the beach. We want to take care of every aspect for you so you can sit back, unwind, and enjoy every minute. However, prior to and in the process of handing over the reins to us, there are some things you should consider.

While we work to be as prepared as we can on our end, it is extremely important for the bride to be “in the know” and to understand every tiny detail of her day as well! We must admit that, as realistic as we try to be, our fantasies can sometimes get the best of us and tend to overshadow the possible situations that could occur should anything unforeseen arises. As planners, we try to communicate every possible detail with our brides, and we want our brides to do the same. Like we admitted earlier, so many things cross brides’ minds when dreaming of their big day, but some aspects (probably the most important of all) are left disregarded. Here are a few Q&As that we want to be communicated with our brides!

Q: “If something were to happen to you or a member of your team, who would take care of decorating or planning my wedding?”

A: While we try to be as diligent as possible, life happens and can interrupt even the most important day of your life. However, don’t fret! We will take care of it no matter the situation! We will always have a backup plan in tact that, if utilized, would go off without a hitch as if it were the original plan. A member of our team will always be on standby to assist you. We will always take care of our brides and leave no “T” un-crossed or “I” un-dotted.

Q: “What is your plan D or F for my wedding?”

A: If something were to happen where our original plan would be interrupted, we would have backup after backup after backup available and ready to go! It all depends on the venue, the location, time of year and number of guests for your wedding. We would work attentively and diligently with you to formulate a plan D or F unique for your wedding. Regardless of which plan is utilized, we can assure you that everything will be perfect!

Q: What makes a wedding a ‘Simply Devine’ wedding and how will that be incorporated into my big day?

A: We don’t just plan weddings, we DO weddings! We strive to plan and decorate every wedding while keeping that phrase in mind, and we try to stress that to our brides as often as we can. We put in the extra effort that it takes to make a wedding go from just pretty to absolutely fabulous and simply amazing! We communicate to our brides that we are able take charge in providing everything for your wedding so that you don’t have to worry about a thing. We give you the opportunity to look at samples of your décor & bouquets and adjust how you see fit, which we believe is an important part of planning for your big day! At Simply Devine, we will do whatever it takes to make your wedding simply perfect!

We know that planning a wedding can be stressful and life inevitably happens, but we want to ensure you that we’ve got this and will take care of absolutely everything for your big day! That’s what we are here for! We want all of our brides to be as relaxed as possible, and knowing that every aspect of their wedding is covered regardless of what life throws at us is an important facet to be communicated. It is important to discuss these questions with your wedding planner and communicate every single detail regarding your wedding. We’re ready to tackle your big day with the most planning possible and make it everything you’ve ever dreamed of!
